Care built around you

Support for the concerns that can be difficult to talk about.

Choose the area that best describes what is happening. Your clinician will look beyond a single symptom and consider your history, preferences, risk factors and stage of life.

Time to be heard

You deserve more than a rushed appointment.

Women’s health concerns often overlap. Your clinician takes time to understand what is new, what is affecting daily life and what needs to be ruled out before discussing your options.

  • Your full historySymptoms, medicines, family history, lifestyle and treatment preferences.
  • Clear clinical reasoningWhy an option may help, what the risks are and what alternatives exist.
  • A plan that can changeProgress reviewed and treatment adjusted when clinically appropriate.

Quick symptom check

Could a menopause consultation be useful?

Answer three short questions for an indication of the next sensible step. This is not a diagnosis and it cannot confirm that treatment is suitable.

If you have heavy unexplained bleeding, severe pain, chest pain, sudden breathlessness or feel acutely unwell, seek urgent medical care rather than using an online assessment.

Are you experiencing symptoms such as hot flushes, disrupted sleep, mood changes or brain fog?

Have your periods become heavier, lighter, irregular or stopped?

Do you have a history of breast cancer, a blood clot or unexplained vaginal bleeding?

How it works

Thoughtful care in four clear steps.

Your clinician has the time and information needed to make a safe decision. An assessment does not guarantee treatment.

01

Tell us about you

Complete a secure assessment covering symptoms, history, medicines and allergies.

02

Meet your clinician

Speak privately by video and answer any questions needed to understand the full picture.

03

Understand your plan

Discuss suitable options, likely benefits, important risks and alternatives.

04

Stay supported

Review progress and adjust the plan when symptoms, results or circumstances change.

Assessment & testing

Tests only when they can change the decision.

A menopause diagnosis is often based on symptoms and history rather than a single hormone result. Where another cause needs excluding—or a result affects treatment—your clinician may recommend appropriate tests.

Important to know

Safe care includes knowing when not to treat online.

Some symptoms and medical histories need investigation before treatment can be considered.

  • Hormone treatment is not suitable for everyone. The balance of benefit and risk depends on age, symptoms, medical history and personal risk factors.
  • Unexplained bleeding requires investigation.Your clinician may direct you to your GP or urgent in-person assessment before continuing.
  • Testing may be recommended.Thyroid problems, iron deficiency and other conditions can cause overlapping symptoms.
  • Online care has limits.A physical examination, specialist referral or urgent care may be the right next step.

Common questions

Before your consultation.

Clear answers to the questions women most often ask before starting care.

Does an assessment guarantee treatment?

No. Your clinician recommends treatment only when it is clinically appropriate. Further questions, tests, referral or face-to-face care may be needed.

Do I need a blood test for menopause?

Not always. For many women, diagnosis is based on symptoms, age and menstrual history. Testing may be useful when symptoms are atypical, another cause is possible or a result would change the clinical decision.

Can I use the NHS instead?

Yes. Your NHS GP may be the right route for you. An online private service may offer additional appointment flexibility and continuity, but it should not replace urgent or necessary in-person care.

Will my GP be informed?

Sharing relevant information with your GP can support safe, joined-up care. The consultation process should explain how information is handled and when communication is recommended.

What if online care is not suitable?

Your clinician should explain why and guide you towards the right next step, such as your GP, a specialist, urgent care or a physical examination.
